Terms of sale and use

1. General

These terms apply to the use of the stek.ee website and its subpages (the "Website") and to every purchase you make from Eincar Grupp OÜ ("STEK Estonia", "we") via the Website, email, phone or a payment link.

By placing an order or using the Website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. For consumers the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act also apply, and nothing in these terms limits the rights they give you.

2. Products and services

• STEK paint protection films (PPF), window tint films and installation accessories, sold mainly to installers and businesses but also to private customers.
• PPF and window tint installation training courses held at our training centre in Tartu or at an agreed location.
• Free forwarding of quote requests to STEK certified installers. The installation contract is concluded directly between you and the installer; we are not a party to it.
• The description, contents and price of each product and course are given on its page or in the offer and invoice we send you.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

• You can order via the Website form, by email (info@stek.ee) or by phone. Before confirmation we send you an order summary with the final price, delivery terms and payment method.
• The contract is concluded when you have confirmed the order and paid the invoice or payment link, or when we have confirmed the order in writing under an agreement to pay later.
• If a product is out of stock or a course is full, we notify you without delay and offer a new date, a replacement product or a refund within 14 days.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order if a price was displayed incorrectly on the Website due to an obvious error, or if the buyer has previously breached these terms.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT unless stated otherwise. In offers addressed to businesses we may quote prices excluding VAT, adding it as a separate line.
• Delivery charges (where applicable) are shown separately before you confirm the order. The course price includes training materials and the film used in practice unless the offer says otherwise.
• You can pay by bank link (in Estonia LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop Pank and Citadele; in Latvia and Lithuania Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Artea; elsewhere Revolut), by a payment link we send by email, on the invoice, by SMS or as a QR code, or by ordinary bank transfer against an invoice.
• Bank link and payment link payments are processed by AS LHV Pank. To pay, you are redirected to the bank's secure environment. We never see or store your bank credentials or card details.
• The payment due date is stated on the invoice. Goods are dispatched and a course place is confirmed once payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery and provision of services

• You can collect goods from our place of business at Rehepapi tee 4, Tartu, or we ship them by courier. Within Estonia delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after payment is received, to Latvia and Lithuania 2–5 working days.
• If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we inform you of the new date. A consumer may withdraw from the contract if the goods do not arrive within a reasonable additional period either.
• Check the parcel on receipt. Report any transport damage to us and the courier as soon as possible, preferably with photos.
• The date, time and venue of a course are confirmed by email. If we have to postpone a course, we offer a new date or refund the fee in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods the period starts on receipt of the goods, for services on conclusion of the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order (for example film cut to size for a specific vehicle) or to a service that has been fully performed with your consent before the period ended. Business buyers do not have a right of withdrawal unless agreed otherwise.

7. Complaints and warranty

• A consumer may submit a complaint about goods that do not conform to the contract within two years of receiving them. Tell us about a defect within two months of discovering it.
• During the first six months a defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we prove otherwise. After that the buyer has to show that the defect was not caused by their own actions.
• In case of a defect we repair or replace the goods, reduce the price or refund the money in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act. We respond to complaints within 15 days.
• The terms and duration of the STEK manufacturer's warranty depend on the product and are stated on the product page and in the warranty document. The warranty applies to installations carried out by a STEK certified installer.
• The installer who carried out the work is responsible for the quality of the installation. Where needed, we help resolve a complaint between you and the installer.
• Send complaints to info@stek.ee with the order number, a description of the defect and photos where possible.

8. Forwarding of quote requests

• The Website's request form forwards your details to STEK installers in the region you selected, who prepare a quote. The service is free for you and we take no commission.
• Price ranges shown on the Website and installers' initial quotes are indicative. The final price is determined after inspecting the vehicle and is agreed between you and the installer.
• We are not liable for the performance of the contract between you and the installer, but we want the cooperation to go well and take feedback seriously.

9. Your obligations

• You provide accurate and up-to-date details in orders and requests.
• You do not use the Website for unlawful purposes or submit content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• You do not copy or use Website content for commercial purposes without our permission.

10. Liability

• We are liable to consumers to the extent provided by law. Towards business buyers our liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• The Website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.
• The lifespan and result of a film depend on installation quality, the condition of the vehicle and maintenance. Follow the product care instructions.

11. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, trademarks, graphics, photos and videos) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

12. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What we collect, who we share it with and what rights you have are set out in our privacy policy.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We try to settle every disagreement by negotiation, so write to us at info@stek.ee first.

If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, www.ttja.ee) or use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Court disputes are resolved by Tartu County Court unless the law provides otherwise in favour of the consumer.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. An order is governed by the terms published on the Website at the time the order was placed. We announce material changes on the Website.
