General terms and terms of use
Last updated: 13.6.2026
1. General provisions
These general terms ("Terms") govern the use of the stek.ee website and related subpages ("Website") and the forwarding of quote requests to installers ("Services"). The Website is operated by STEK Estonia ("we"), legal entity Eincar Grupp OÜ, address Võruvälja 9, Tartu. By using the Website, you agree to the Terms.
2. Service description
The Website lets users submit quote requests for paint protection film (PPF) and related services. The request is forwarded to verified installers in the selected region. We do not sell the service for commission; we act as an information intermediary.
Offers you receive from installers may be indicative. To prepare an exact quote, installers generally need to inspect the vehicle before the work.
The Website also lets users submit a contact form, which is sent only to STEK Estonia representatives.
3. Prices and offers
- Price ranges shown on the Website are informational and based on previous transactions and market practice.
- An installer’s initial offer may change after visual inspection of the vehicle and clarification of coverage, details and condition.
- The final contract and price are agreed between the user and the installer.
4. User obligations
- You provide accurate and up-to-date information in the request (contact details, vehicle information).
- You do not submit illegal, offensive or third-party-rights-infringing information.
- You follow installer instructions and the Website usage rules.
5. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We forward your request data to relevant installers so they can prepare an offer. More information is available in our privacy terms. You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.
6. Liability and warranties
- The Website and Services are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
- We are not responsible for performance of the contract between the installer and the user or for consequences of any breach of that contract.
- Liability required by law is not limited where applicable law does not allow limitation.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, including texts, trademarks, graphics and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Use outside personal and non-commercial use without permission is prohibited.
8. Formation and termination
The Terms apply when you use the Website. We may suspend access to the Website or change the Services if you breach the Terms or where needed for security.
9. Applicable law and disputes
The Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia in accordance with EU law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in an Estonian court. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
10. Changes
We may update the Terms from time to time. We will notify you of important changes on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means acceptance of the new Terms.
